PEACHTREE CITY, Ga. and SUNNYVALE, Calif. –– Cooper Lighting, an industry leader committed to delivering innovative products and driving transformational technology in the lighting industry, and Rambus Inc., one of the world’s premier technology licensing companies, today announced they have signed a licensing agreement for the use of Rambus' patented lighting innovations. Cooper will focus on creating LED-based lighting fixtures for commercial, industrial and utility markets.
