Duane Banks Field receives new LED video display
BROOKINGS, S.D. -- Daktronics (NASDAQ-DAKT) of Brookings, South Dakota, continues a partnership with the University of Iowa by designing, manufacturing and installing a new LED video display at Duane Banks Field in Iowa City, Iowa. The new display was installed in March and brings more than 800 square feet of video display space to Hawkeyes baseball.
“The new Sharp Family Video Board is a welcomed addition to our facility at Duane Banks Field,” said University of Iowa Head Coach Rick Heller. “The clarity and picture are exceptional and everyone around the program is excited about how much it enhances the game-day experience.”
The new LED video display measures approximately 21.5 feet high by 38.5 feet wide and features a 15HD pixel layout for crisp, clear imagery. It incorporates wide angle visibility to appeal to every seat at the ballpark.
