The Lighting Industry Association (LIA) continues to evolve its online presence
April 25, 2016
The Lighting Industry Association’s (the LIA) new website is now live and better than ever. More than just a cosmetic makeover the new site is more intuitive and has the ability to tailor itself to the interests of the person using it.
The LIA website is a resource for the whole industry which includes the LIA “Knowledge Library”, containing information and guidance on everything from legislation to technical details on national, European and international standards. You can also read/print and circulate the LIA Technical Statements from here helping the industry continue to produce and sell high quality lighting products.
And introducing ‘ALL’ employee access, this means that any employee of an LIA Member company will be able to gain access to the wealth of member-only content and keep up to date with what is happening across the industry.
The site also lays out the foundations for the next phase of the LIA’s development, the highly anticipated and industry-backed Lighting Industry Academy. This will provide an industrywide hub for the development and delivery of high-quality learning for the whole lighting supply chain.
Future updates to the site are planned to bring the LIA family together in one place to best support the emerging changes within the LIA, its Membership and lighting industry.
If you are already a Member visit www.thelia.org.uk/user/register to make sure you are getting the best from your membership. If not a member, visit us to see why you should become part of Europe’s largest Trade Association dedicated to the Lighting Industry.
