Date Announced: 22 Feb 2006 Applelec Sign Components announced today that they have received delivery of the new PZ Series White LED system, the latest LED innovation from Permlight. The new PZ Series adds to Permlight’s extensive and award winning line of Twister and El Blanco LED systems for use in both halo or face lit signage.The new system features lumen per watt (lpw) efficacy almost 2X better than other white LED systems on the market. The 12Vdc PZ-White Series consumes only 2 watts per linear foot, that’s 1 W per module with a spacing of two modules per foot.Each module comes with pre-applied VHB tape and the entire system is weather coated and UL Recognized for exposed wet applications. Ultra tight colour binning and enhanced lifetime of the LEDs means less than 10% degradation or colour shift over 30,000 hours.
