DimOnOff's new universal power supply provides module for roadway, street, and area lighting control and monitoring

May 11, 2015
DimOnOff introduced the fruit of its latest research and development efforts, its C136-41 photocell type roadway, street and area lighting control and monitoring module at LightFair recently. In addition to its in-fixture module, the C136-41 lighting control and monitoring module offers a truly universal power supply that operates at any voltage between 100 and 527 Volts, 50 or 60 Hz; a 24 VDC model is also available. This is the widest voltage range ever offered on the market.
As an added benefit, the new power supply along with the optimized circuit design of DimOnOff products brings power consumption to unprecedented levels of less than 1W, for a product that operates 24/7 on thousands of fixture across a city. This contributes to substantial kWh savings.
The breakthrough greatly simplifies the installation process with a single lighting control device that suits any electrical system worldwide. It also provides benefits to manufacturers, distributors, electrical contractors and end users, reducing the number of models they need to keep in inventory.
The DimOnOff Intelligent SCADA system for Smart Cities was demonstrated at LightFair; and inquiries are welcome via e-mail.
