Bandwidth Semiconductor provides III-V, II-VI and GaAs on Silicon epitaxial growth services and device foundry services. Bandwidth operates out of a state of the art semiconductor facility located in Hudson NH. The facility is equipped with the most advanced MOCVD and process fabrication tools. Bandwidth employs a team of highly skilled professionals each with a specialized background in a variety of semiconductor processes and device technology. All of our process engineers have PhD's and many years of academic and industrial experiance. Bandwidth continues to make investments in state of the art equipment and has just recently added two Veeco multi-wafer reactors model 450's. We have also just announced the availibity of Zinc and Boron diffusion and have scaled up our production of GaAs on Silicon.
