LED & Lighting Network announces departure of conference co-chair James Highgate
It is with a mix of sadness and gratitude that PennWell announces James Highgate’s departure as Co-Chair of Strategies in Light. Since 2011, James played a critical role in the success of the show, and while we will miss his insights and wit, we wish him the best of luck in his new endeavors. We want to thank him for the 7 years of dedicated service which involved many significant accomplishments, including: the successful merger of The LED Show into Strategies in Light, the expansion of the conferences’ reach to include lighting end users and designers, and being instrumental in the successful launch of the company’s first Lighting for Health and Wellbeing and Lightspace California Conferences.
Again, we cannot thank James enough for the dedication, passion, enthusiasm and motivation he has given PennWell over the past 7 years. He will be greatly missed by the staff, co-chairs, and colleagues alike. We look forward to following the success of his career and are hopeful and excited for the next chapter of Strategies in Light as we continue to provide the most up-to date content and showcase for the LED and lighting world.
