Date Announced: 04 Oct 2013 London UK - with lighting designed by Firefly Lighting Design, InStyle LED strip lighting has been installed around bar areas for the prestigious Restaurant & Bar Design Awards.This year, 5 previous award winners were invited back to design a temporary Bar/Restaurant for the awards ceremony. Three of five Bars used InStyle LED tape lighting around to highlight the areas.Box 2 was designed by DesignLSM and featured InStyle LEDâs LED strip lighting on the bar. The LED strip lighting was used across the front of the bar to highlight the bar and its texture. The light source was hidden so you could just see the effect. The LED strip lighting was also used to light up the surrounding tables, highlighting them as a feature.Box 3 was designed by B3 designers. InStyle LED tape was used around the bar area. The LED strip lighting was used to highlight the texture washing down the front of the bar. The light source was hidden so you could just see the âhalo glowâ effect.Box 5 was designed by Nicholas Alexander and was a fully functional restaurant at the awards show. InStyle LED tape was used for this box space with great effect. LED strip lighting was used in 7 layers for the kitchen to give a stunning feature highlighting the design. The layered theme was used throughout the design with the tables and chairs also lit.
