Eric Senders

Eric Senders is the Segment Marketing Manager for Philips Lumileds with a focus on accelerating the adoption of LEDs in the Retail & Hospitality market. He received his Masters in Business Administration from Tilburg University (Netherlands) in 2002. During his first several years at Philips, he was involved in the introduction of LED based phosphors and the successful launch of the paradigm changing MASTER LED retrofit lamp product line which was brought to market in 2008 as a first LED replacement for Halogen bulbs. As a Marketing Manager at Philips Lumileds, Mr. Senders works with Lighting designers, architects and specifiers to accelerate the use of LEDs in general lighting applications, especially in downlights and spotlights. Together with luminaire manufacturers and market influencers, like municipalities and utilities, he is working on the next generation of solutions with LUXEON LEDs.
