NEW YORK, September 2, 2021 — LEDucation is currently accepting proposals for the March 2022 educational program. Sharing your knowledge and expertise at LEDucation is an excellent way to give back to the industry, and to increase your visibility throughout the international lighting community.

The LEDucation Trade Show and Conference is set for March 15–16, 2022, at the New York Hilton Midtown in New York City and will offer a hybrid—live and on-demand—educational program.

“Based on the positive response from the local and global attendees at our virtual conferences, the Presentations Committee would like to continue the same quality educational program for those who cannot attend in person,” stated Wendy Kaplan and Craig Fox, LEDucation Presentations Committee co-chairs.

LEDucation Conferences feature the most preeminent lineups of leaders, innovators, and experts from across the lighting industry. “The LEDucation conference brought together such amazing speakers to explore various aspects emerging in the lighting industry. The topics and speakers were informative and engaging. It was great to be a part of the conference, and I'm looking forward to the next one,” said 2021 presenter Nick Moser, Account Director, One Hat One Hand.

LEDucation provides comprehensive, dynamic, and insightful presentations: panel discussions, practical case studies, and deep dives into topics exploring emerging issues. The 2-day conference attracts a broad audience from around the globe, including lighting and architectural professionals, researchers, students, and many allied professionals. All sessions are AIA CES–approved.

Keep an audience in mind as you develop your blue-sky ideas for seminars. We are seeking submissions in the following areas:

  • Codes and compliance issues
  • Lighting for health and wellbeing
  • Lighting design tools, communication, metrics, and methodologies
  • The business of lighting in different market sectors
  • Emerging LED, OLED, and controls technologies
