The agreement allows royalty payments to be exchanged for rights to manufacture and sell products from Ilumisys' parent company, Altair Engineering.Ilumisys believes allowing access to its patent portfolio will enable its product development and installation business to grow. The company has been awarded 7 patents, and has over 60 patents pending.
