Schréder has developed concepts that will make LEDs the new source for lighting solutions of tomorrow while reflecting Schreder's approach to deliver "The Right Light" by offering high-performance, technological solutions that make this light source a valid alternative to traditional sources. The ISLA LED was designed by Michael Tortel to complement a variety of urban environments including:• College Campuses• Park trails and pathways• Shopping Centers• MunicipalitiesThe ISLA LED features intelligent, elegant and energy efficient LED technology for a wide array of applications. The ISLA LED is built and shipped from the company's New state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Addison, Illinois and uses either 28 (asymmetrical) or 42 (symmetrical) Cree XR-E LEDs plus one Blue LED for ambiance and to accentuate nocturnal presence. ISLA LED features a hermetically sealed optical module using the world-famous Sealsafe® System, with an IP66 rating to ensure lifetime protection without ingress of dirt or moisture. A variety of highly durable finishes are available: Textured Black, Textured Gray, Textured White, Textured Bronze, Smooth Aluminum, and standard RAL colors, plus custom color matching.
