Kirstin Shortt joins the Lighting Industry Association (LIA) as the ‘Support Hub’ Assistant. If you have phoned us recently you will know that we have introduced an automated system. This system was introduced to support and complement the LIA’s newly launched LIA Support Hub.
The LIA Support Hub will ensure the LIA continues to listen; build and develop to meet Member and the industry’s expectations by delivering a professional, informed and quick response to enquiries.
As Support Hub Assistant, Kirstin is the first point of call for all enquiries whether by phone, email or via the LIA website. Answering the full spectrum of questions from membership, training, technical or you just want to know where we are located to the best hotels to stay in for events.
Kirstin has many years management experience within Customer Services, Recruitment and Finance Industries. She also has a history of providing and running a help support desk to clients and staff within a financial company.
"I feel strongly about providing a first class service to all who contact The LIA, as well as providing a professional and personal service". - Kirstin Shortt
